You can give Golden Feather best answer, but he forgot Ugly Stik. High quality, Good price = Great value!
5 ay’? How bout’ just one ie., G. Loomis
… < ' ( (( > <
Oh’ what da’ H_ _ l ~ Lamiglass, St. Croix, Cabela’s XML Series, Fenwick (used ta’ be numero’ uno’), and for the price good al Berkely’s Ugly Stik…
Oops, that be a total of 6 ~ again, “What da’ H_ _ l”……………….
My opion is that G loomis is probably the best St. Croix, All Star, Kistle, and for your money a Bass Proshops Extreme is pretty hard to beat, I don’t have the G Loomis’s yet but I will someday soon. I use the Extremes and fish alot of tournaments and spend alot of time on the water I’ve broke a few in the rod locker and they don’t question a thing just give me a new one.
goddamn, we need more saltwater anglers on here, how about seeker and calstar
The best one that I own is an E21 Boyd Ducket Carrot Stix. The one’s that I considered when buying this were the Daiwa Steez (very close second). A St. Croix (didn’t like the handles, but liked the warranty). I also looked at the top of the line cabela’s & bass pro models online…but because I couldn’t actually feel them I chose to get the Carrot Stix…it’s as light as a feather…and orange is my lucky fishing color so it was a perfect match.
In the AFFORDABLE range:
American Rodsmith
Castaway
All Star
Berkley
Ugly Stick
When you say BEST, you can spend thousands of dollars on rods but you don’t really need to.
Ugly Stick is the cheapest good rod that I know of. I got one for my grandson. It takes a lickin’ but keeps on tickin’ It won’t break the bank if he breaks it.
I use the American Rodsmith. I also have a Lone Star rod that love but they went out of business.
